If you are here you probably have some questions about our live breaks and how they work. Well, you came to the right place!
Here is a list of some of the questions people have asked us in our time streaming which hopefully answers any questions you might have. If you cannot find the question and answer that you are looking for, please reach out to us as we will be happy to answer anything!
General Live Breaks
A live break is an online event where a buyer purchases sealed product from a breaker (i.e. the seller) who then opens the cards during a live video session and the user (i.e. the buyer) watches it in real time wherever they are in the world. The cards which are pulled from the sealed product are retained by the buyer and are shipped to them at a later date.
At the moment, you can only watch live breaks on MadeOfLucy’s twitch channel at this link on the following dates and times:
- Tuesday: 8:00pm to 10:30pm AEDT
- Thursday 8:00pm to 10:30 AEDT
- Sunday 8:00pm to 10:30pm AEDT
MadeOfLucy is a twitch streamer and founder of MADE Collectables. She will be the person opening any breaks you purchase over on her twitch channel.
You can purchase live breaks here.
Any live breaks purchased will be opened in the next scheduled live stream. Once you purchase a live break, you will then be put in the que. The live stream broadcasts in the overlay the current order number being opened and how many orders are in the que. It is difficult to predict in advance a specific time as to when your order will be opened as some orders take a few minutes and some can take 10-2 0minutes. Please note that the live stream broadcast will be extended until all orders in the que are opened.
Shipping
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.
Our shipping is a flat rate!
Shipping within Australia is $9AUD
Shipping outside Australia and worldwide is $25AUD
Yes, tracking will be emailed to you once your breaks have been shipped. Please note that tracking is only uploaded to the order where you paid for shipping.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds can be requested only if your break has not been opened. Once your breaks has been opened, we cannot refund your order as the product is no longer sealed.
Miscellaneous
Our live streams are family friendly upto 10:00pm AEDT.
You get to keep bulk however we keep the code cards.
MadeOfLucy may ask you during the broadcast if you want to keep your bulk. She is only asking as most buyers prefer to leave their bulk with MADE Collectables.
